Kickin' Chicken Tenders

The following is my husband Andy's recipe...Kickin' Chicken Tenders! It is very easy to make and is very delicious.  I have to say since we started making homemade chicken tenders I have very rarely ordered any from a restaurant. These chicken tenders will please even picky eaters. And don't forget your favorite dip for these awesome chicken tenders!

Ingredients
1 package of cut chicken breast tender (I bought a 1 1/2 lb. pkg.)
Weber Grill Kickin' Chicken Seasoning
3 Eggs (more or less depending on the size of pkg. of chicken you buy)
2-3 cups Flour (more or less depending on the size of pkg. of chicken you buy)
Vegetable Oil

Utensils Needed
Fry Daddy or equivalent
2 Mixing bowls
Whisk (I couldn't find mine) or Fork

Directions
1. Pour vegetable oil in Fry Daddy (as you can see we've used it quite a bit) about half way and pre-heat

2. Crack eggs into bowl

 3. Whisk eggs (Would love to know when and where my whisk disappeared too!)

          4. Put about 2-3 cups of flour in bowl and add about 4-5 teaspoons of Weber Grill Kickin' Chicken Seasoning. Mix seasoning and flour together.

5.Dip chicken tender in egg

6. Drag chicken tender through flour and Kickin' Chicken seasoning until well coated

7. Place chicken tender gently into Fry Daddy. Fry until done about 3-6 minutes depending on size and thickness of chicken tender

8. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce, honey mustard, or ranch dressing.

I hope you enjoy this recipe...Have a Great Cookin' Day!
